In the Game, you may purchase, using real-world currency, a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use:
(a) virtual currency, including but not limited to coins, diamonds, gems, tokens, or other in-game currencies;
(b) virtual items, gift packs, subscriptions, battle passes, skins, equipment, and other digital content available in the Game; and
(c) other digital products or services offered through the Game.
Items described in (a)–(c) are collectively referred to as “Virtual Items.”
Your use of the Game is subject to this Refund and Cancellation Policy together with our Terms of Service and any other applicable policies.
The only authorized methods to purchase Virtual Items are through:
· the official in-game payment system;
· Google Play;
· Apple App Store; or
· other payment channels officially authorized by us.
You may purchase Virtual Items only from us or our authorized partners. Purchases made through unauthorized third-party websites, resellers, account traders, or payment providers are not recognized by us, and we are not responsible for any losses, failed deliveries, or disputes arising from such transactions.
By purchasing any Virtual Items, you expressly request and consent that we begin providing the purchased digital content immediately after your payment has been successfully completed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that once delivery of the purchased Virtual Items has commenced, you waive any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, or cooling-off period that may otherwise apply to digital content supplied electronically.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver Virtual Items promptly following successful payment.
We may manage, regulate, control, modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any Virtual Items at any time, with or without prior notice, where reasonably necessary for game operation, maintenance, security, balancing, legal compliance, or other legitimate business purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall have no liability to you or any third party arising from the exercise of these rights.
Except where expressly authorized by us within the Game, Virtual Items may not be sold, purchased, exchanged, assigned, gifted, redeemed, transferred, or otherwise disposed of to any person or entity.
Any unauthorized transfer or attempted transfer of Virtual Items may result in suspension or termination of your account.
If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay the delivery of purchased Virtual Items, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be, at our discretion:
· replacement of the affected Virtual Items; or
· refund of the purchase price actually paid for the affected transaction.
No other compensation shall be payable.
ALL PURCHASES OF VIRTUAL ITEMS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR WHERE A REFUND IS APPROVED UNDER THE POLICIES OF THE APPLICABLE PAYMENT PLATFORM (INCLUDING GOOGLE PLAY OR THE APPLE APP STORE).
Refund requests may be considered only in limited circumstances, including but not limited to:
· unauthorized purchases resulting from payment fraud or account compromise;
· duplicate charges caused by payment processing errors;
· circumstances where applicable consumer protection laws require a refund; or
· refunds approved by the applicable payment platform.
Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges incurred by you or anyone using your account.
We reserve the right to revise the pricing of any Virtual Items at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
You acknowledge that, except where expressly provided in this Policy or required by applicable law, we are under no obligation to provide refunds for any reason.
If your account is suspended, terminated, or otherwise closed, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, you will not receive any refund, monetary compensation, or reimbursement for any unused Virtual Items remaining in your account.
If you believe a payment has been made fraudulently or in error, you agree to contact us before initiating any chargeback request or payment dispute with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment service provider.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in the removal of the corresponding Virtual Items, suspension of your account, restriction of access to the Game, termination of your account, or any other action permitted under our Terms of Service and applicable law.
